Return/exchange policy
- Email returns@perkytataz.com to request a return/exchange label within 10 days of the date item is received
- Complete the return/exchange card stating reason for the return/exchange, list exchange item request & contact information
- Ship in original Perky Tataz packaging (Perky Tataz shipping box) with completed return/exchange card enclosed
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and has not been damaged
- Refund will be returned in original payment form
